How do we share your information?
How we may share/disclose your information with third parties
We may share your personal information with other members of our group of companies and with selected third parties for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you, as well as to determine your satisfaction with the services and/or products that we may be providing you. Corporate Transactions

In the UK, we partner with third-party fraud prevention agencies including CIFAS. We will share your personal information with fraud prevention agencies who will use it, along with information received from other third parties, to prevent fraud and money-laundering and to verify your identity. If fraud is detected, you may be refused certain services, finance, or employment. There may be circumstances in which we will require assistance to verify your identity. If you consent, we may utilize the Australia Attorney General Department’s Document Verification Services (“ DVS”) to verify your biographic information on Australian identity documents against original government records, confirming if a document is valid and has not been lost, stolen, or misused. If we request assistance from the Attorney-General’s Department to verify your identity through the DVS, the Attorney-General’s Department will collect your personal information for the purposes of verifying your identity document(s) through the DVS, but DVS does not retain any of your personal information.
The Attorney-General’s Department may also disclose your personal information to the relevant document issuer to assist them with verifying your identity documents. This collection is authorised under APP 5.2(c) and section 27 of the IVS Act which permits the collection of your personal information from someone other than yourself when it is authorised under an Australian law. The Attorney-General’s Department will handle your personal information in accordance with their obligations under the Privacy Act. The Attorney-General’s Department may also disclose your personal information to the relevant document issuer to assist them with verifying your identity documents. This collection is authorised under APP 5.2(c) and section 27 of the IVS Act which permits the collection of your personal information from someone other than yourself when it is authorised under an Australian law.
The Attorney-General’s Department will handle your personal information in accordance with their obligations under the Privacy Act.
Where the identity document(s) you require to be verified include information regarding other individuals (such as a Medicare card covering multiple individuals), it will be assumed that you have advised those individuals and obtained their consent to the disclosure. This information will only be used for the purposes of verifying your identity document(s) through the DVS. Any personal information of other individuals will otherwise be managed in the same way as your personal information.

AUSTRALIA COMPLAINTS POLICY: This policy provides information about our internal dispute resolution (IDR) process. Our IDR service is provided to you free of charge.
Multi Service Pty Limited ACN 080 216 173 and its affiliates and subsidiaries ( we/us/our) believes that it is essential for us to have the ability, authority and proper training to hear and respond appropriately to any complaints or disputes raised by our customers.
How you may lodge a complaint: You can lodge complaints by contacting our Complaints Officer, by:

You may also lodge a complaint by speaking to any representative of our business who will refer you to the Complaints Officer. You should explain the details of your complaint as clearly as you can. You may do this verbally or in writing. In order to assist complainants who might need additional assistance to lodge a complaint, we:
- offer multiple methods for lodging complaints, including phone, email, letter, social media, in person, or online;
- do not require complaints to be in writing;
- ensure that information provided to the public about our IDR process, including this policy, is available in a range of languages and formats (including large print and audiotape);
- provide training to all staff (not just complaints management staff) to enable staff to be able to identify, support and assist complainants who need additional assistance, including cross-cultural training; and
- allow representatives to lodge complaints on behalf of complainants, including financial counsellors, legal representatives, family members and friends.
Dealing with complaints: Our process for dealing with complaints is as follows:
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint promptly – that is, within one (1) business days of receiving it, or as soon as is practicable.
- Assessment and investigation: We will review your complaint carefully and promptly, taking such steps and reviewing such documents as reasonably necessary.
- IDR response: We will provide an ‘IDR response’, which is a written communication that sets out the final outcome of your complaint through our IDR process and your right to take your complaint to AFCA if you are not satisfied with the IDR response. If we reject or partially reject your complaint, we will clearly set out the reasons for our decision.
Response timeframes: Generally, we will provide an IDR response to you no later than thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the complaint. We do not need to provide an IDR response to you if we close your complaint by the end of the fifth business day after receipt because we have:
- resolved the complaint to your satisfaction; or
- given you an explanation and/or apology we can take no further action to reasonably address your complaint.
However, we must provide a written IDR response for complaints closed by the end of the fifth (5th) business day after receipt if:
- the complainant requests a written response; or
- the complaint is about hardship.
Our external dispute resolution scheme – AFCA: If we do not reach agreement on your complaint, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). You can contact the AFCA scheme:

The AFCA scheme is a free service established to provide you with an independent mechanism to resolve specific complaints.
Canada
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) or similar provincial laws in Canada, if you are a Canadian resident, you may have certain additional rights regarding your personal information, including, for example, the right to access and correct the information that we hold about you, and a general requirement to ensure the quality and accuracy of the personal information collected. You may request access to any of the personal information we hold about you at any time, but we may charge a fee for our costs of retrieving and supplying the information to you. If any of the personal information we hold about you is incorrect, inaccurate, or out of date, you may request that we correct it. We will generally rely on you to ensure the information that we hold about you is accurate and/or complete. TreviPay is the controller of personal information collected in connection with its offering of credit products in Canada.

New Zealand
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, if you are a New Zealand resident, you may have certain additional rights regarding your personal information, including, for example, the right to access and correct the information that we hold about you. You may request access to any of the personal information we hold about you at any time, but we may in certain circumstances charge a reasonable fee for our costs of retrieving and supplying the information to you. If any of the personal information we hold about you is incorrect, inaccurate, or out of date, you may request that we correct it. We will generally rely on you to ensure the information that we hold about you is accurate and/or complete.
You may also contact the Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) – A Financial Ombudsman Service (“ FSCL”) scheme. FSCL is our independent external ombudsman and dispute resolution service that has been approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. FSCL’s service is free of charge to you. The FSCL scheme should only be utilized after you have attempted to resolve the issue with TreviPay. There may be circumstances in which we will require assistance to verify your identity. If you consent, we may utilize the Australia Attorney General Department’s Document Verfication Services (“ DVS”) to verify your biographic information on Australian identity documents against original government records, confirming if a document is valid and has not been lost, stolen, or misused. If we request assistance from the Attorney-General’s Department to verify your identity through the DVS, the Attorney-General’s Department will collect your personal information for the purposes of verifying your identity document(s) through the DVS, but DVS does not retain any of your personal information.
There may be overseas disclosure of your personal information to recipients located in New Zealand where New Zealand government agencies or private organisations request for verification assistance of your identity document(s).
Singapore
In Singapore, usage by us of your personal information is subject to regulation under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“ PDPA”) of Singapore. Under the PDPA, you have certain rights regarding your personal data, which term refers to data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified: (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which the organisation has or is likely to have access. In general, an organisation such as ourselves must not collect, use or disclose your personal data unless the purpose for such collection, use or disclosure is notified to you and you give consent for such collection, use or disclosure.
In addition, you have certain additional rights, including but not limited to, the following:
- the right at any time to withdraw consent for our collection, use or disclosure of personal data. Please note however that if you do withdraw consent, this may impact our ability to continue to provide certain products or services to you.
- the right to access your personal data that is in our possession or under our control. This would include the right to know how we may have used or disclosed your personal data over the last year before you make a request for access. However, where you make such a request, we are entitled to charge a fee to cover the incremental costs associated with processing your request.
- the right to ensure the accuracy of your personal data that is in our possession or under our control and accordingly to require us to correct any error or omission in such personal data that is in our possession or under our control.
Furthermore, under the PDPA, we are generally required:
(a) to implement reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or under our control from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks;
(b) to cease retention of personal data or dispose of it in a proper manner when it is no longer needed for any business or legal purpose;
(c) whenever we transfer any personal data from Singapore to another country, to ensure that the transferred personal data will be accorded a level of protection in that other country that would be comparable to the protection under the PDPA;

California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“ CCPA“), if you are a California resident, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information that are described in this section. The types of personal information that we may collect from you will vary depending on the TreviPay entity and/or the services you may engage us to provide. Under the CCPA, the different categories of personal information we might collect including, but not be limited to: identifiers (e.g. contact information, government IDs, cookies); information protected against security breaches (e.g. name and financial account, social security number, user name and password, or medical information); protected classification information (e.g. race, gender); commercial information; internet/electronic activity; geolocation; audio/video data; professional or employment related information; education information; biometrics; and inferences from the foregoing categories.
California residents who have provided their personal information to us have certain rights and may make various requests to exercise those rights under the CCPA. Qualifying individuals have the right, for example, to request: (i) information regarding the collection or disclosures and/or sale, if any, of their personal information to third parties; (ii) no more than twice every 12 month period, copies of personal information collected about them over the last 12 months; (iii) that we not sell their personal information to third parties; and (iv) that such personal information be deleted under certain circumstances. Qualifying individuals also have the right not to be discriminated against because they exercised any of the rights provided for under the CCPA.
As a California resident, you have the right to designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. By submitting sufficient and verifiable documentation (e.g. an agency form) along with your request, you can designate an authorized agent to make requests under the CCPA related to your personal information. To help better protect your personal data we can deny any request by an agent who does not submit sufficient proof that he or she has been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is an optional browser setting that allows you to express your preferences regarding tracking across websites. Most modern web browsers give you the option to send a Do Not Track signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. However, there is no accepted standard for how a website should respond to this signal, so we do not take any action in response to this signal. The Company does not have a mechanism in place to respond to DNT signals. Instead, in addition to publicly available third-party tools, we offer you the choices described in this Privacy Policy to manage the collection and use of information about you.
We do track some activity across websites (e.g. your search terms, the website you visited before you visited or used the services and other clickstream data) and we may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy from web browsers that have enabled DNT signals or similar mechanisms.
We may need to collect additional information to verify the identity and legitimacy of the requesting party, and we will respond within 45 days of receiving such requests as required under the law. Such requests may be submitted to us using the contact details and methods described above.
